I�m drawn to depictions of females from myth and history and the symbolism behind them. This is one of the key figures portrayed in Revelations, rising up from dark waters on a seven headed beast. This piece debuted last November at Last Rites Gallery in NYC, as part of my gallery show "The Animal Within".
