Location: Ontario, CanadaThe original kiu-fae with daisy irises from FAYBEL's unpublished fairytale The Tin Princess--Kiu was devised to capture an authentic watercolor and colored pencil aesthetic in the digital medium. Deep within the warrens of the Leviathan, a labyrinthian legend petrified to stone, foretold by soothsayers to have swallowed their world, kiu-fae distil soul essence from the ether into pungent morning dew on metal-meshed, cyborg blooms. Crystals cluster in cyborg floral beds, absorbing distilled souls made by the kiu, forming colorful shards used in android cores.
